Masters of Education, LLC was founded in 2008 by Leonard Lay in Clayton County, Georgia. Mr. Lay has been providing quality education to students in all areas of academics for over 15 years. He has developed workshops to improve the academic success for students in mathematics and science at both the high school and college levels. Mr. Lay developed and taught courses in engineering for first year students and served as an academic advisor to many students while working in the college environment. He has worked for several other tutoring and test prep organizations. One thing that Mr. Lay found was that the students did not receive individual attention for the entire session that their parents paid for. Sometimes the students would have to share a tutor with as many as 4 other students who were all working on different subjects.

Thus the concept of the Academic Coach™ was born. The Academic Coach™ is your student’s personal guide to academic success. The Academic Coach™ will meet with you and your student to develop a plan for success. You can be assured that your student will get the individualized attention that you expect and that your student deserves.
