* Guaranteed score satisfaction means that if your student
completes the entire Premier Program and is still not satisfied with his
or her score, your student will receive an additional 25 hours of coaching
for no additional charge. Guaranteed grade improvement means that if your
student completes the entire Premier Program and does not get at least
1 letter grade improvement, your student will receive an additional 25
hours of coaching for no additional charge. The guarantee is only applicable
to the Premier Program.
